LittleReaders is an AI-powered platform that creates personalized storybooks for children. Our service allows users to:
- Create custom characters using uploaded images or descriptions
- Generate personalized stories featuring those characters
- View, edit, and download generated storybooks
- Access stories in multiple languages
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use LittleReaders. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to provide information about any children featured in stories you create.
LittleReaders is designed for use by adults (parents, guardians, family members) to create stories for children. Children should not directly operate the service or provide their own personal information.
3. Account Balance & Payments
Important: Please Read Carefully
- LittleReaders uses a prepaid balance system. You add funds to your account, which are then used to create stories and characters.
- All balance purchases are final and non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Your balance expires 1 year from the date of purchase. Unused balance will be forfeited after the expiration date.
- By adding funds to your account, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All stories, illustrations, and character images created through LittleReaders are generated using artificial intelligence technology. You understand and agree that:
- No guarantees on specific output: AI-generated content may vary in quality, style, and accuracy. We cannot guarantee that the output will match your exact expectations.
- Content may require review: While we implement safety measures to prevent inappropriate content, AI systems are not perfect. You should review all generated content before sharing it with children.
- Regeneration costs: If you are unsatisfied with generated images, you may regenerate them at the same cost as the original generation.
- User responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs (descriptions, themes, special elements) are appropriate for children.

Your Content
You retain ownership of any images you upload to create characters. By uploading images, you grant LittleReaders a limited license to process those images for the purpose of generating character illustrations.
Generated Content
Stories and illustrations generated through LittleReaders are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may view, download, print, and share generated stories with family and friends. You may not sell, commercially distribute, or claim AI-generated illustrations as your own original artwork.

You agree not to use LittleReaders to:
- Create content that is violent, harmful, or inappropriate for children
- Upload images without proper authorization or consent
- Attempt to circumvent our content safety measures
- Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. In case of termination for violation, any remaining balance will be forfeited and access to previously generated content may be revoked. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITTLEREADERS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

If you have a dispute with LittleReaders, we encourage you to contact us first to seek a resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by reaching out to our support team. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration.
